Why does Enshrouded stutter during large-scale building placement?

During a massive base expansion, whenever I placed complex structures, the screen would stutter noticeably. I tried enabling Enhanced Cooling in BIOS, but the fan speed swung wildly between 40% and 100%, creating a weird breathing sound that was very frustrating. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to switch from Silent to Performance mode, setting 60℃ as the ramp-up start and peaking at 1900 RPM. This stabilized CPU temperature at 73-78℃ per AIDA64 and converged frame time to 12-17ms per RTSS, with fan speeds at 1900 RPM via FanControl.
