Fix Frame Drops in Manhattan
The thrill of swinging through New York vanished in dense areas where the frame rate wildly fluctuated between 80 and 40 FPS. I first tried increasing Windows virtual memory to 64GB, but the drops continued and I even got a blue screen, which was deeply disappointing. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to raise memory voltage to 1.32V and tighten tCL timings to 32. AIDA64 confirmed memory latency dropped from 102ns to 78ns, while HWiNFO showed memory temps at 48-54℃ and GPU temps at 68℃
