Optimizing thread scheduling on Onda A520-VH-W?

Just as I was enjoying the view from 30,000 feet, the smoothness vanished and was replaced by a massive 200ms lag spike, which is lethal in a flight sim. The Onda A520-VH-W chipset was struggling with multi-threaded scheduling, leaving some cores at 3.8GHz while others just sat idle, creating huge wait times. I tried enabling Windows Game Mode, but that just slowed down my background apps and did nothing for the lag—I was honestly tempted to just reboot the whole rig in frustration. I went into Task Manager, set the game process to 'High' priority, and disabled all CPU power-saving features in the BIOS. In RTSS, the frame time variance dropped from 35-70ms to a much tighter 18-24ms. I did hit a brief black screen during the first boot after changes, but a voltage recalibration fixed it. Board temps are 45-52℃. Resource calling logic is finally optimized.
