Nightingale crashes during resource loads on my ADATA DDR3 due to sync errors, do I need to tweak voltage?

Trying to explore a fantasy world on a DDR3 platform is already a gamble, but the constant crashes made it a nightmare. My ADATA ValueRAM 1600MHz was struggling with Nightingale's modern resource scheduling, and with voltage fluctuating around 1.5V, I was seeing massive latency spikes of 110-130ns. I tried disabling every single background service in Windows, but that only gave me a pathetic 2% boost. I eventually went into the BIOS and manually cranked the memory voltage from 1.50V to 1.65V and locked the frequency. AIDA64 showed read speeds jumping from 11GB/s to about 13-14GB/s, and the boot crashes stopped. The catch was the heat—the RAM hit 65℃ under load, so I had to rig up a small 8cm fan to blow directly on the sticks to get it down to 52-56℃. CPU temps stayed around 68-74℃. I switched the system to high-performance mode and it's been rock solid since.
