How do I fix memory channel jitter in AC Shadows?

Stealthing through Kyoto, I felt the dodge animation lag, with frame times jumping from 8.2ms to 12.5ms. I tried manually locking the memory frequency, but it just made the channel contention worse. I opened the GamePP Resource Scheduler, raised the process priority to Highest, and disabled background syncs. AIDA64 showed memory temp stable at 45-48℃, and GamePP confirmed latency dropped to 32-35ns. It finally feels smooth.
