Noctua NH-D14 Thermal Tuning
During tactical calculations in Expeditions: Rome, I noticed my CPU temperature jumping violently, causing subtle stutters that broke my strategic focus. I tried setting the fans to full speed in the BIOS, but while it hit 68℃ per HWMonitor, the low-frequency resonance created a buzzing sound that was unbearable. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to steepen the speed slope between 60-75℃ to capture peaks faster.
