Optimizing Intel Core i9-13900K
Galloping through the maple forests of Tsushima, I noticed occasional short freezes; these micro-stutters are particularly eye-catching at 4K. I first tried enabling Ultimate Performance mode in the system, but while P-core frequencies increased, E-core preemption persisted, proving it was a superficial fix. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game's main process priority to Realtime and forced computation threads to bind to P-cores. Frame generation time converged from 12-25ms to 8-11ms per RTSS, with core temperatures stabilizing at 65-72℃ per AIDA64 monitoring and core load variance moving from 15-45% to a balanced state per AIDA64.
