Why does Manor Lords stutter when zooming into large cities?

I was managing a village with hundreds of residents when fast zooming caused micro-stutters that totally broke my immersion. I tried enabling Auto Overclocking in BIOS, but it failed to stabilize the frequency and spiked my CPU temperature to 95℃ per HWMonitor, which was terrifying. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set the mode to Medium and the offset to +0.04V, while syncing SOC voltage to 1.1V. Finally, frame time converged to 11-15ms per RTSS and VRM temperature stabilized at 65-72℃ per AIDA64.
