How do I fix microsecond input lag in Unknown 9: Awakening?

I was panicking during a deep-sea stealth mission when my dodge input lagged badly. Frame generation jumped from 8.2ms to 12.5ms per RTSS, breaking the tension completely. I tried manually locking my Asgard Hel DDR5 5600 frequency, but it made things worse by causing system instability. I switched to GamePP Resource Scheduler, set the game process memory priority to Highest, and disabled background syncs. Now, memory read/write latency is stable at 32-35ns via GamePP Benchmark, and temperature holds at 45-48℃ per GamePP Sensors.
