Why does the loading bar freeze at 90% in Zero Parades?

Entering new Hollow areas feels sluggish as the loading bar freezes at 90%, creating a frustrating break in immersion. I tried disabling write caching in the system, but this actually increased loading times by 30%, leaving me feeling discouraged. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to force the depth from 32 to 128 and prioritized the game process. Random read speeds improved to 350-390MB/s per CrystalDiskMark, latency hit 15.4-22.1ms via AIDA64, and temps stayed at 45-51℃ per HWMonitor.
