Why is my input latency high during 1v1 gunfights in Granblue?

During 1v1s in Granblue, my CPU hit 82-85℃, causing lag. I tried overclocking, but temps spiked worse. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set 65% fan speed at 70℃. GamePP Stress Test showed temps dropping to 68-72℃ and latency under 12ms. The response is sharp, and I can backup this profile.
