Why is Once Human taking 30 seconds to load from a black screen?

Every time I started the game, I had to stare at a black screen for 30 seconds, which was absolutely maddening. I tried disabling Fast Boot in the BIOS, but the loading time actually increased to 45 seconds, which made me furious. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to lock the PCIe voltage at 1.15V. RTSS showed loading time dropped from 32s to 12s, while HWiNFO confirmed bus voltage stabilized at 1.15V and AIDA64 showed VRM temps at 52-58℃.
