How do I fix high input latency in Khazan gunfights?

In 1v1 fights, latency spiked as memory hit 72-75℃. I tried overclocking, but it got hotter. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to raise the 68℃ threshold from 45% to 65%. HWiNFO64 showed temp stable at 65-68℃, and GamePP confirmed latency dropped below 12ms. Backup this config for consistency.
