Why are Metal Gear Solid Delta loading times so long?

Teleportation took 15 seconds, breaking immersion. Increasing virtual memory did nothing. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to raise depth from 1024 to 2048. After optimizing the power plan to fix standby delay, HWiNFO showed storage temps at 45-50℃. CrystalDiskMark confirmed stable speeds. The loading is now significantly faster.
