My ASRock B450M-HDV keeps shutting down during high-detail scenes in Like a Dragon: Ishin. Why is this?

This motherboard is basically fighting for its life trying to run this game. It's wild that a well-optimized title can actually trigger a full system reboot. The VRM voltage was swinging violently between 1.1V and 1.3V, and the moment a complex scene hit, the current peak tripped the overcurrent protection. It felt like the PC was playing a prank on me.
