How to stop B360 Core ARGB from overheating in Starfield?

This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm using an AIO and my system is just shutting down during Starfield map loads. The CPU temp was leaping from 62℃ to 100℃ in 0.1 seconds, which triggered the motherboard's OVP/OTP and killed the power. I felt like my hardware was playing a joke on me. I tried dropping all graphics settings to low, but it still crashed, which proved this wasn't a performance bottleneck but a total cooling failure. I pivoted and dropped the core voltage from 1.38V down to 1.32V and locked the pump to a constant 3000 RPM. Running Prime95 Small FFTs, the temp curve finally flattened into a straight line between 82-88℃, killing those nightmare spikes. I actually thought I fried my BIOS during the voltage tweaks until I cleared the CMOS and got control back. CPU power is now holding at 160-180 Watts with liquid temps at 32-35℃. I've exported all the stress logs for peace of mind, and fans are steady at 1400-1600 RPM. Finally, no more black screens.
