Eliminating Novigrad Artifacts
It's honestly ironic that with 6800MHz RAM, I was seeing flickering texture blocks in Novigrad. I tried lowering the frequency to 6000MHz in the BIOS; the flickering stopped, but my FPS dropped by 12, which was a total dealbreaker. I then used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to increase VDD voltage from 1.40V to 1.45V and tuned the SoC voltage. The artifacts vanished instantly, and stability was confirmed with memory temperatures staying within 52-61℃ per HWiNFO64 and controller load at 85-98% per GamePP.
