How can I reduce frame generation jitter in Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 with YMTC Zhitai TiPro9000?

I felt the game sluggish in large Space Marine 2 battles with 20ms frame times. I tried lowering texture quality, but the visual drop was unacceptable for minimal gain. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to enable memory prefetch and switched to High Performance power plan. GamePP Hardware Sensors showed bus temps stabilizing below 65℃. Frame generation converged to 12-15ms per GamePP Benchmark. This allowed me to export my final settings.
