Dealing with high memory latency on Soyo SY-A320D4+?

Whenever I pressed a skill key, there was this disgusting 'syrupy' delay, and in high-tier raids, those few milliseconds meant my DPS just plummeted. The default memory latency on the Soyo SY-A320D4+ Magic Sound was sitting at a terrible 85-95ns, which is basically unplayable for competitive gaming. I tried closing every single background app, but the latency only dropped by 1ns—a total joke that left me feeling incredibly anxious about my hardware. I eventually went into the BIOS to manually crush the CL timing from 16 down to 14 and pushed the voltage to 1.35V. AIDA64 showed the latency instantly tightening to 72-76ns, and the game finally felt responsive. I actually pushed it too far at first, trying CL12, which put me in an infinite boot loop until I relaxed tRCD back to 16. Now the RAM stays between 40-46℃ and the heatsinks are barely warm. After several dungeon runs, the skill response is back to pro levels; it finally feels like the game is actually listening to my fingers.
