Fixing Emulator I/O Jitter

I was incredibly anxious because even a 10ms delay in my emulator caused screen tearing, with my Intel 660P fluctuating between 3.5-8.2ms per CrystalDiskMark. I first tried enabling memory cache loading in the emulator, but it just doubled startup time without stopping the stutters. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to lock read depth at 64 and set the process to real-time priority. RTSS showed frame times converging to 14-18ms, and HWInfo confirmed drive temps at 35-42℃. Now it's perfectly set
