Is 8GB Crucial DDR4 enough for Pacific Drive scene swaps?

Every time I drove into a new zone, the game would just hang for about 3 seconds, which is absolutely soul-crushing when you're under pressure. With only 8GB of Crucial DDR4 2400, my memory usage was hitting 94-98%, forcing the system into a constant cycle of page swapping. I tried using some 'RAM cleaner' software, but that was a joke—the FPS would jump for a second and then the freezes would actually get worse. I eventually manually set my virtual memory to 24GB and forced it onto a dedicated partition on my NVMe SSD, while disabling three useless Windows telemetry services. In Resource Monitor, the commit charge expanded from 12GB to 20-26GB, and the freezes almost entirely disappeared. I initially left it on 'System Managed,' but the page file kept bouncing between my C and D drives, causing massive IO latency until I locked it down manually. Temps stayed chill at 40-45℃. The game is finally playable, and the controls feel snappy again.
