Optimizing I/O Response Latency
During intense battles, the screen randomly freezes for half a second when switching views, which is a disaster for an action game. I first tried updating the motherboard firmware, but it didn't fix the freeze and actually added ten seconds to my boot time. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set the PCIe link voltage to 1.18V. Frame time jitter converged to 10-14ms per RTSS, voltage stayed at 1.15V via BIOS Monitor, and SSD temperature stabilized at 54-58℃ per HWInfo.
