Tuning Onda H610M for Stability
It was really annoying that a simple H610 board would have mysterious micro-stutters in complex scenes. I tried changing the Windows power plan to Balanced, but the stutters persisted and became more frequent per RTSS. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Wizard to switch to L2 mode and set an offset of -0.03V. CPU-Z confirmed core frequencies stabilized at 3.8-4.1 GHz, AIDA64 showed VRM temperatures at 75-82℃, and GamePP monitored memory usage at 14-18 GB. Now it's time to backup
